Went for chicken and chips for the first time today. It was great! Too hot to eat outside today so I took it home. The chicken was fresh and fried up perfectly! Met the owner Scott today was really nice. Also picked up some Scottish meat pies for my freezer. Will be going back!
Fantastic! Worth the 20 minute drive to check this spot out. Having lived in the UK years ago, I've missed a good Fish & Chips spot...this place DID NOT disappoint. We loved everything we ordered. The fish, shrimp, and chicken and chips were all so good. I'm fine with the chips not being salted because I can add salt myself, if I choose to do so. Without a doubt, we will be back!
This was worth the travel to pick up FishNChips! They are conveniently located on Union Ave in Bloomingdale, NJ. Loved the bean bag toss and outdoor seating arrangement for eating. Don’t forget to take a photo in the phone booth. Definitely going back here!!!
The best fish and chips hands down! The batter that they fry the fresh cod in is heavenly! The fish is so perfectly crisp as well as the chips. Their homemade tartar sauce is the best I've ever tasted! Whenever I am craving fish and chips this is my go to spot!
Enjoyed the takeout dinners. Would recommend. A little on the pricey side, but that seems to just be the sign of the times. The shrimp was exceptional.
I had the fish only. Light crispy batter and flaky fish, it was very good. I stole some of my wife's fries, they were also good. It's take out onky but they have outdoor picknick tables with umbrellas so you can eat there.
Best fish & chips around, crispy on the outside and perfectly moist inside. Worth the drive. Staff is very friendly, will visit again!
We really enjoyed eating dinner here tonight. I am normally not a fish person but, the fish sandwich was amazing! Best fish sandwich I ever had. Love the whole vibe of the place. They have a nice outdoor sitting area with corn hole.
